When Mukesh Ambani came forward with Reliance Jio, he also announced the FTTH (Fibre to the Home) service, which provides users with speed up to 1GBPS would be available soon. Although much wasn’t known until now, reports suggest an equally aggressive plan for the Broadband service as the Reliance Jio for mobile.

Jio Fiber Special Offers:

The new broadband service of will be known as the Jio GigaFiber and according to the Reliance Jio’s official website, users could enjoy speeds up to 1GBPS and 120MBPS. But the sad part is that it will not be providing unlimited internet service. The company still needs to hit the rural and small markets for its data services and mobile business and this seems like a great move to provide tough competition among other service providers.

The data usage will depend on various offers in which the starting price of these offers remains to be Rs 500 and users will get Data Limit of 600GB with a validity of 30 days. It will offer customers with data plans under three different categories: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. However, the report doesn’t give us clarity on how these plans will work.

The new Jio GigaFibre Preview is also to offer 100GB data under the base data plan and to later upgrade itself to an unlimited version for 90 days Moreover, the official website also informs that all the Jio fiber plans will have free access to the Jio Premium apps including JioCinema, JioTv and JioBeats as well.

Although much of the report is to be fully confirmed, it does look exciting.
