The ace comedian Kapil Sharma left his fans and Twitterati shocked today and in a series of tweets, he vented out his frustration over fake news by media houses. He appeared to be very upset with Salman Khan’s arrest over blackbuck poaching case. He accused news portals of fake news and slammed them for making money by selling it.
According to IANS, Kapil Sharma later said that his account had been hacked.
“Hi all, please ignore the previous offensive tweets as my account was hacked. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Love and regards to all,” Kapil tweeted late in the afternoon. This tweet too was later deleted. Kapil then tweeted saying his account was not hacked.
Kapil Sharma has reportedly not been keeping well and battling depression, among other things. The once highly popular TV comedian saw his stardom spiral after a very public brawl with colleague Sunil Grover last year.
To this, Kapil made another tweet in which he wrote that his Twitter account was hacked and he apologized for the inconvenience caused.
His tweet read, “Hi all please ignore the previous offensive tweets as my account was hacked. Apologies for the inconvenience cause. Love and regards to all.”

Kapil Sharma featured in headlines for all wrong reasons in 2017. It started with reports of his fight with his colleague Sunil Grover, which later became public. Kapil reshuffled his team after Sunil Grover quit. But due to his deteriorating and the decline in the TRPs of The Kapil Sharma Show, the showrunners decided to take the show off air.
