We have all been addicted to online shopping, while before i was just apparels. E-commerce sites are now selling wide range of goods including everyday items at your doorstep.

Amazon, Flipkart, Ebay etc are the few sites that work similarly. There are few loopholes of trust at the same time with online orders.

The Kissan Jam Incident

A customer ordered Kissan Jam from a well known site, Amazon India and was taken aback with the tempered bottle. Perhaps this wasn’t the first time that such incident occurred. But the amazon customer, Danish Malik took this plight to twitter platform. The unsealed bottle had left him with disgust. The user made complaint over twitter. He then rose his hilarious reactions over Amazon Delivery’s replies

(We also have a theory on how he fell in trouble after ordering the jam from lady with mahendi.)

Apparently, the barcode has also been scratched out from the bottle.

Here is how the conversation began :

β€œThis Kissan Jam is so yummy that the team @amazonIN ate half of it before getting it delivered to me today from its own #Amazon Pantry.

Amazon Help called an exit route from this thread,
They tweeted, β€œAll orders are closed scanned for a quality check before dispatching. We apologize for the miss from our end. Henceforth, we’ll make sure this won’t happen again. Appreciate your understanding. ^JS”
